Ricardo L. Nazario
Ricardo founded TOS in 2012 after 24 years in the financial services industry. The firm began as a single-family office representing a wealthy Latin American family. As head of the family office, Ricardo was responsible for the creation of complex investment policy statements, and outlined investment parameters and benchmarks for the management of the family’s wealth. He oversaw the creation of multijurisdictional estate planning vehicles and implemented comprehensive tax and estate plans, in coordination with over 50 cross-border tax, financial and legal experts.
Prior to creating TOS Ricardo spent three years at Morgan Stanley and nine years at UBS International, where he helped lead the training and development of UBS International advisors and bankers in Mexico, Switzerland and the United States. Before UBS, he spent seven years at Citibank in the United States and three years as an expatriate in Mexico City.
Ricardo started his career at Drexel Burnham in 1988. He holds a BS in finance and Spanish from Houston Baptist University. He also is an executive board member for Crime Stoppers of Houston.
